Yes, we ship to any international destination!*

*Please note that some countries have suspended their courier services due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to placing your oder, please confirm with your local courier service if international packages will be accepted and cleared by your Customs Department.

We ship for free within the US.

International shipping costs may differ per country.

Orders are typically processed in three days. For a higher volume of orders, processing takes up to five business days.

Returns and exchanges

Quality is something we guarantee. However, if you are not happy with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@laspirituelle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, we kindly invite you to reach out to info@laspirituelle.com to assist you in the process. Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.

Unless the goods are faulty, you will be responsible to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us.

If you wish to exchange an item for another, we kindly invite you to place a new order and return the unused original product to us following the returns process.

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date your returned parcel gets to us for your refund to be processed.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount will appear on your card or Paypal account within 2 to 5 working days.

We will not provide a full refund if the item shows signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
