Return and Exchange Policy

Quality is something we guarantee. However, if you are not happy with your order, you may return your order, or items within it, for an exchange or a refund following the conditions outlined below; your statutory rights are not affected:

• The items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The items must be in their original packaging.
• The items must not be altered in any way or subjected to damage, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
• For candles, the item must have no signs of use.

If you notice that one of your products has a defect or has been damaged, we invite you to follow the return process by sending us an email at customerservice@laspirituelle.com.

When you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage to prove that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned package. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us.

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date your returned parcel gets to us for your refund to be processed.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount will appear on your card or Paypal account within 2 to 5 working days.

We will not provide a full refund if the item shows signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, we kindly invite you to reach out to our Customer Care team to assist you in the process. Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.

If you wish to exchange an item for another reference, we kindly invite you to place a new order and return the original product to us following the returns process.
